REFUND AND EXCHANGE
REFUNDS*
In accordance with the provisions of Article 43. article of the Buyer Protection Act (ZvPot), the buyer has the right to inform the company that he withdraws from the order/contract within fourteen (14) days of taking over the goods, without having to give a reason for his decision. The deadline starts counting one day after the date of acceptance of the order.
Withdrawal from the order/contract must be sent by email to info@lanika-apparel.com. When returning the item, you must attach the completed form CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL FORM.
Since linen is a natural material, certain irregularities in the color and structure are completely normal and characteristic of it, so they are not the subject of complaints.
The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods to the address:

We do not refund the shipping costs charged at the time of placing the order.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract, in contracts where the object is goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's precise instructions and that have been adapted to his personal needs. It is also not possible to return or exchange personalized products.
The products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging and in an unchanged quantity with all accompanying documentation. The goods must not be worn, washed or in any way adapted to his personal needs. If the goods are damaged, dirty, without original packaging or there are visible traces of use, the initiator reserves the right to refuse payment.
The provider is not obliged to accept shipments with a ransom or shipments that do not correspond to the provider's general business conditions.
After receiving the unused, undamaged goods in the same quantity and in the original packaging, in accordance with the law, we return the payments made to the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receiving the goods. The company returns the received payments to the consumer with the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any additional costs as a result.
In case of withdrawal from the contract where a bonus, discount code or promotional code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the amount paid will be refunded, excluding postage costs. When withdrawing from the contract, the gift voucher is considered as a means of payment and the amount is also returned to the user.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE*
If we find that the size of the unused product does not suit you, we will exchange it for the appropriate size without any problems. Even in this case, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The cost of reshipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
When returning an item that you want to exchange for a different number, you must send the item to the address below:

You can only exchange products purchased in the online store www.lanika-apparel.com. Exchange of products purchased through other points of sale is possible only where the product was purchased.
