Bunny Bani

Bunny Bani is:
- really cute and cuddly
- organic (made from fabric scraps and filled with kapok)
- has a cute treasure pocket (+ you get a pouch with lavender) ✨ 

The rabbit is made from linen. It has hand-embroidered eyes and a snout. He also carries a bag of lavender (from the organic farm Korošec, Divača) in his small pocket.

 What do I fill the bunnies with? With kapok! What is kapok? 
- a tropical tree and fiber native to Mexico
- kapok is most often used to fill pillows
- the fibers are formed in the flower (the fibers are yellowish brown and sometimes also contain seeds and small wooden particles)
- no pesticides were used in the production
- kapok is a natural biodegradable filler
- the fibers are designed to repel insects and other harmful microorganisms

I was looking for a filler for a long time and I really wanted to avoid polyester. I thought if I'm going to put something new on the market, let it be  the friendliest option for us and the environment.

Warning: When washing in the washing machine, kapok can leave some stains. I recommend surface cleaning and disinfecting with an iron.
